New Year's Resolution Slipping Away?

               Hows your resolution holding up? Most of us make very similar resolutions for the new year. Mostly along the lines of "Lose 10 pounds by spring" or "Put on 15 pounds of muscle by the summer" but no matter how long we have been coming to a fitness club or how much experience we have in fitness and workout routines sometimes it just DRAGS to get to the gym. Enter PERSONAL TRAINERS I am a firm advocate of personal training, not just for those looking for muscle gains or fat loss but for EVERYONE that's right even the guy benching a clean 400lbs without breaking a sweat needs personal training. Simply put, what every expert knows about the subject they are an expert in- is that you simply will never know everything because things are always evolving, so even if you have a perfect physique and 20 years of fitness experience you will be able to learn something new and that's where PERSONAL TRAINERS come in handy. I believe even PERSONAL TRAINERS need PERSONAL TRAINING.
