The optimal routine for muscle growth and mass building is three times per week with rest in between workouts. This is because your muscles need- first overload, and second, rest, in order to grow.  Print our sample routine or see one of our trainers
for tips on working out effectively and without injury. Remember, proper form takes precedence to weight of the load. Inproper technique and posture leads to injury
and inefficiency.
